6 Shallots (Shallots are best but if you must substitute use 1 ½ medium yellow onions)
4-5 Garlic cloves
8 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup chopped parsley
¼ - ½ Cup lemon juice
1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
Prep:
Boil water and cook Linguini according to instructions. Mix melted butter, olive oil, shallots, garlic, pepper, parsley and lemon juice in a bowl. Add shrimp to mixture. Heat skillet up on medium and once hot add this mixture to skillet and sauté until shrimp turns pink in color. Serve over the Linguini noodles.
