Kim Alyn

Kim is a best selling author and an international fire service speaker and training instructor. She is the owner of Fire Presentations, offering a variety of training sessions and keynote presentations for fire departments, districts, and conferences all over the world. Fire Presentations also works with firefighters on the promotional process, coaching countless candidates to the top of the list. Areas of specialty include panel interview coaching, subordinate counseling/employee problem exercises, and resume
development.

Kim has been a featured presenter at Firehouse World, Firehouse Baltimore, Firehouse Central, Fire Rescue Conference, FDIC Indiana, FDIC West, Women in the Fire Service Conference, Fire Tech Reno, and many other fire service conferences.

Kim is also a contributing author to fire magazines like Firehouse and Firehouse Life. Kim holds a bachelors degree in management, a masters degree in organizational management, and is currently completing her doctorate degree in organizational management with a specialty in leadership.

Kim is the author of ten books including the best-seller "How to Deal With Annoying People" (with Bob Phillips, Ph.D.), "Discover your Inner Strength" (with contributors Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, and Brian Tracy), and "101 Leadership Reminders." Kim has also developed and produced numerous CD/DVD productions on a variety of topics.

Kim lives on the Central Coast of California and has over 20 years of experience speaking, training, and educating audiences.
